Margaret Lynn Bickmore ( nee Wilhite) passed away in Seattle, Washington on May 14, 2022.
She was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho on June 23, 1928 to Roy and Dana Wilhite and had two sisters and two brothers. Margaret attended Utah State University in Logan, Utah where she met her future husband, Donald. They were married from 1948 until his death in 2010 and lived in the U.S. and Canada. They eventually settled in Glendale, California where Margaret resided for over 35 years.
Margaret was an avid gardener and her beautiful rose garden was widely admired. She also enjoyed fibre arts, travel and had a lifelong interest in the arts and education. She was a long time member of the Glendale Assistance League and the Philanthropic Education Organization (PEO).
Margaret was predeceased by her parents and four siblings. She is lovingly remembered by her four children, Nancy (JW) Lyon, Jill Bickmore, Barbara (John) Keating, and James (Julie) Bickmore, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of Margaret's life will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Allen-Hall Mortuary 34 E Center St, Logan, Utah. Interment will follow services in the Logan City Cemetery.
