Marguerite (Marge) Garner Auman

Logan—Marguerite Garner Auman (Marge) 84, of Hyrum, passed away Sunday April 29, 2007.
She was born July 21, 1922 in Hyrum, Utah to William F. and LaRue Jensen Garner. She was married to Barney J. Auman on April 9, 1943, who passed away December 7, 2002.
She was raised in Hyrum and graduated from South Cache High School.
Her hobbies included fishing, cooking, tending her rose garden, going to Wendover, and traveling, providing it did not involve planes or boats.
She enjoyed her many grandchildren and great grandchildren, and most recently watching her granddaughter, Marti.
With her husband, she owned and operated Glauser’s Restaurant from 1969 until 1985.
She is survived by daughters, Linda (Bart) Kunz, Loveland, Colorado; Tamra (Marc) Hughes, Columbia Falls, Montana; sons, Brent (Linda), Bullhead City, Arizona; Randy (Connie), North Logan, Utah; Barney (Jackie), Logan, Utah; Shawn, Hyrum, Utah; 21 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; sisters, JoLynn Andrus, Logan, Utah; RosaLee Garner, Hyrum, Utah. She was preceded in death by her husband, brothers Charles W., Keith J., Ray L., and LaVal F. Garner.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, May 4, 2007 at the Hyrum Tenth Ward building of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 111 North 400 West, Hyrum, Utah. A viewing will be held on Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center, Logan, and prior to services at the church on Friday beginning at 11:00 AM.
