Maria Guadalupe Mendez Sanchez

Maria G. Mendez de Sanchez, 63, died on Saturday, March 11, 2006 at Sunshine Terrace. She was born January 12, 1943 in Totolmajac Villa Gro., Mexico to Fausto and Feliciana Ayala Mendez. She married Alfredo Sanchez on April 23, 1960. She is a member of the Catholic Church, St. Thomas Aquinas Parish. She has lived in Mexico, California, Idaho and Utah.
A loving mother, grandmother and mother-in-law. She leaves behind lots of pain but lots of joyful memories. She in our hearts will forever live. Those of us whom love her are now on a journey to find relief for our sorrow and pain. While she now fills God’s kingdom with the love, happiness and tenderness that only she can fill. The Sanchez family wishes to thank Dr. Strong for his many years of care and support as well as the Sunshine Terrace nursing home and theri staff for their support and care during her stay.
Maria Sanchez will forever live in our hearts. We love you!
She is survived by her husband, Alfredo; five sons and three daughters, Elvira Sanchez (Reynaldo Rogel), Mexico, Mexico; Edmundo Sanchez (Irene), Logan, Utah; Gustavo Sanchez (Esperanza), Anaheim, California; Macrina Sanchez (Lino Morales), Logan, Utah; Alfredo Sanchez (Silvia), Fullerton, California; Lauro Sanchez (Guadalupe), Fullerton, California; Fernando Sanchez (Maria), Downey, California; Marisol Sanchez (Jesus Mendez), Logan, Utah; 22 grandchildren; five brothers and one sister, Fidel Mendez (Luz); Arnulfo Mendez (Reyna); Leocadio Mendez (Margarita); Daniel Mendez (Socorro), all of Mexico, Mexico; Espirdion Mendez (Belen), Layton, Utah; Adelina Mendez (Juvenal), Fullerton, California.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 15, 2006 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 795 North 800 East, Logan, Utah. There will be a viewing at Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center Street, Logan on Tuesday evening from 5:30-9:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 8:00 p.m. Interment will be in the Logan City Cemetery.
