HYRUM, UTAH - Marilyn Carlsen died peacefully on October 20, 2010, in American Fork.
Marilyn was born in Logan May 15, 1953, to LaVell and Joy Stromberg Carlsen.
Marilyn lived in Hyrum during her early years. Because of a disability, she lived most of her life at the Utah State Developmental Center in American Fork. We have fond memories of our many family visits to see Marilyn.
She is survived by her parents, her brothers: Michael (Carma) Carlsen; Wayne (Janice) Carlsen; her sisters: Sherry (Lee) Phipps; Julie (K.C.) Thomson; and ten nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Charles and Erma Carlsen; and Sidney and Mildred Stromberg.
Family services will be held on Monday, October 25, 2010, at the Allen-Hall Mortuary. Interment will be at the Hyrum City Cemetery.
