Martin J. Anderson, 62, passed away on Friday, November 1, 2019 in Logan, Utah.
Martin was born on March 23, 1957 in Murray, Utah to Carl Joseph and Beth Caldwell Anderson. He was the youngest of two boys.
He was raised in Logan, Utah and graduated from Logan High School. After graduating, he played in a band for a few years and then became a chef with Marriott in Denver, Colorado. After about 20 years in Colorado, he returned to Utah working with Marriott in Salt Lake City.
Martin loved to fish and paint. His hobby was making necklaces from beads, bear teeth and carving on ivory.
He was preceded in death by his older brother, Mitchell, and his father, Carl. He is survived by his mother, Beth Anderson Swenson.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, November 8, 2019 at the Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center Street in Logan. A viewing will held prior to the service at the mortuary from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Burial will be in the Millville Cemetery. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.allenmortuaries.com
