Michael L. Chugg passed away April 12, 2007 at the McKay-Dee Hospital from caused due to an automobile accident.
He was born May 9, 1944 to Laura Christiansen and LeRoy Edward Chugg. He grew up in Providence and attended Providence Elementary and graduated from South Cache High.
In 1963 he married Darlyn Schmidtlien. The had a daughter, Dawn and a son Paul. They were later divorced. He then married Karleen Whitesides. They had tow sons, Kenyon and Nathan. They were later divorced.
He worked at Logan Motor and then at the Defense Depot in Ogden for 25 years. He had a life long love for cars and fixing them. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed this with his sons.
He is survived by three sons and one daughter, Dawn Dycus, Bolder, Nevada; Paul (Annette) Schmidtlien, Pocatello, Idaho; Kenyon Chugg, Providence and Nathan (April) Chugg, Hyrum; two sisters and one brother, Carol (Farrell) Broberg, Hyrum, Evelyn (Ronald) Chambers, Benson, Utah and Kenneth Chugg, Logan. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Allen-Hall Mortuary Chapel, 34 East Center Street, Logan where family and friends may call prior to services. Condolences may be sent to the family at
