Dr. Jeffrey Strong, there are no words that can describe how we feel about the kind and caring manner in which you took care of Mike. Thank you so much for never giving up. You brought Mike back to us so many times we lost count. We know of no other Doctor that would make a house call. You read, you studied, and you made telephone calls to Doctors in Cache Valley, the state, and throughout the country. You also cared about Mikes children, parents, and sister. We thank you with all our hearts. We thank the nurses in the ICU and Medical floor at Logan Regional, and the Lab nurses at the Budge Clinic. Mike knew all of you by name. Also we thank Dr. Bryan Larsen and Dr. Allan Anderson. We are so appreciative of everything everyone has done to help Mike in his battle.
