Milan Grant

February 11, 1985 — May 19, 2015

LOGAN, UTAH: Milan Grant, age 30, passed peacefully May 19, 2015 as a result of brain injury and went into the loving arms of his Heavenly Father. He was born February 11, 1985 at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, Utah, the son of Marlin and Joni Grant. He attended Logan High School where he played football and graduated from West Ridge Academy where he played soccer. He also studied at Utah State University.

Milan had the spirit of adventure and enjoyed camping, snowboarding, climbing, cliff jumping and being outside. He loved all God's creations, especially animals. He enjoyed riding his favorite horse, Mo(Geronimo). Milan delighted in learning and taught himself how to play piano. He had a talent for fixing, building and making things better, including the lives of those around him. He loved deeply and cared for others, especially those that were the under dog or the unfortunate.

He centered his life around the gospel and was a strong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Milan showed an example of love, kindness, and charity. He knew the scriptures well and liked to quote verses as a result of his strong desire to serve a mission. He was endowed in the Logan Temple and loved his ancestors, doing work for the dead. We believe he is now on the mission he has always wanted to serve.

Milan is survived by his parents and six siblings; Bobbie Jo Udy(Rhett), Dixon Grant(Chelsea), Diana Jones(Caleb), Alesha Whipple(Kyle), Caleb Grant and Melissa Grant. He has 10 nieces and nephews that he loved and enjoyed playing with. He treasured them. He also leaves aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins and friends of which held a place in his heart.
