Myrtle Pehrson Bradshaw Dixon, at the age of 89, passed away due to the complications of a fall at the Logan Regional Hospital on January 14, 2014.
Myrtle was born to William and Alvina and was a life long resident of Logan.
Myrtle was married to George Bradshaw for 24 years and was later married to Charles Dixon for 38 years.
Myrtle was a florist for Pehrson’s Floral and Fred’s Flowers. She was well known for her many creative designs. Myrtle retired at the age of 80 years old and enjoyed playing bridge at the Senior Citizen Center. She was member of the DUP.
The family would like to thank Dr. Robert Nash and the staff of the Logan Regional Hospital and a special thanks to the ICU.
Myrtle is survived by her two sisters, LuDean and Laura and a brother Edwin (wife Ludean). She is survived by 8 children and was preceded in death by 2 children. Myrtle has many grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday January 21st at the Allen-Hall Mortuary Chapel, 34 East Center St. in Logan. A viewing will be held from 10:30-11:30 AM prior to services at the mortuary. Interment will be in the Logan City Cemetery. Condolences and thoughts may be expressed to the family online at
