WELLSVILLE -- Nancy Louise Clough Kreyssig Silk, age 82, died Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at the Autumn Care Assisted Living in Hyde Park, Utah.
Born September 6, 1940, at Yale University, New Haven CT, daughter of Edward L. Clough, Jr., and Violet Louise Kunde.
Raised and educated in East Haven CT where she graduated from high school in 1958 before moving to Sacramento, CA where she began employment with the U.S. government, where she held many positions, finally culminating her career of 28 years as administrator at Mather AFB.
Married on May 24, 1960 to Earl Richard Kreyssig and had one daughter, Regina Anne, and later divorced in 1966. Married Robert Bruce Silk of Carmichael, CA on April 3, 1970 in Reno, NV; also on April 17, 1970 in Rancho Cordova, CA.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Bruce Silk, of Wellsville; a daughter Regina Anne McClarrinon of Smartville, CA; four step-sons, Robert Steven Silk, CA; Brian David Silk, Vancouver, WA, Wayne Frederick Silk, Wolfersheim, Germany, and Kevin Bruce Silk, CA, and 17 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
