Oliver Paul Falkenborg

Oliver Paul Falkenborg, 87, Logan, Utah, died at home April 6, 2023. He was born May 4 (May the Fourth be with you, as he always said), 1935, in Glenwood, Minnesota, to Oliver S. and Verona M. Johnson Falkenborg.

Ollie grew up in Janesville, Wisconsin, and moved to Logan with his family in 1955.

Ollie received a BA degree from Utah State University in 1971. He was self-employed, an avid golfer, and long-time member of the Logan Golf and Country Club. He married Donna Higgins, Monroe, Utah, April 21, 1968, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Ollie was preceded in death by his parents, brother Phillip S. Falkenborg and sister Orian Ann Falkenborg. He is survived by his wife, Donna; son Oliver E. Falkenborg (Amber), Hyrum; daughter Anne Rallison, Logan; daughter Karen Glista (Todd), Lewiston; 12 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.

An informal remembrance will be held Saturday, April 15, at 2 p.m. at Allen Mortuary of North Logan, 420 East 1800 North, North Logan, where family and friends can share favorite memories of Ollie. www.allenmortuaries.com
