Pamila E. Hill, 75, of Mendon, Utah, passed away January 5, 2024, at Logan Regional Hospital.
Pam was born May 9, 1948, in Logan, Utah to Norvil Francillo Erickson and Natalie Saterthwaite Erickson. She had four brothers, Scott (Ruth) Erickson, Terry Leif (Genie) Erickson, Kevin (Kris) Erickson, and Ricky Russell Erickson.
She graduated from Bear River High School.
On June 12, 1968, she married the love of her life, Robert P. Hill in Beaver Dam, Utah. They lived in Linwood, Washington for a time and then later moved back to Logan, Utah to start their family. Together they were blessed with two children, Todd and Sherrie. They raised their family in Logan and Beaver Dam, Utah.
Pam worked as the Controller at Utah State University for 25 years during which time she received the Classified Employment Award and as a part-time Sales Associate at JC Pennys for 35 years. She loved to go camping and spending time reading books. The thing she loved most was spending time playing with all of her grandkids.
Pam is survived by her husband, Robert, her children, Todd (Jennifer) Hill and Sherrie (Jeremy) Garcia, grandchildren, Aeriole Suchite, Alicia Hill, Tacie (Thomas) Coleman, Laredo Chance Hill, Konner Garcia and Kaden Garcia, 11 great-grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Norvil and Natalie Erickson, her step-dad, Stan Richardson, her brothers, Terry (Leif) Erickson and Ricky Russell Erickson.
The family will visit with friends, Thursday, January 11, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Beaver Ward Church, 16025 North Beaver Dam Road, Collinston, Utah with a brief service to follow in the Beaver Ward overflow. Burial will follow directly in the Beaver Dam Cemetery. Funeral services are under the direction of Allen-Hall Mortuary.
