PROVIDENCE, UTAH: Patrecia Ann Royster Hess, 79, of Providence, Utah, passed away quickly after a short illness on July 2, 2015, surrounded by family. There will be a viewing held at Allen-Hall Mortuary from 6-8 pm on Sunday evening. A graveside service will be held at the Providence Cemetery in River Heights, on Monday, July 6, at 12 noon.
