Hyrum, Utah: Peggy Jean Homer McBride, 71, passed peacefully on January 20, 2008.
She was born on August 26, 1936 in Logan, Utah to John Albert Homer and Ester Linnea Anderson. She married Farrell Charles McBride on July 10, 1959 in the Logan LDS Temple. He preceded her in death on November 13, 1996.
Peggy graduated from Logan High School in 1954. She worked as an accountant at the Defense Depot and later retired from Hill Air Force Base.
Peggy held various church callings and enjoyed her membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She is survived by Linnea Bunderson (sister), Keith Homer (brother), Kay McQueen (sister), Beth Brooksby (sister), Maurine Maynor (sister), Jeffery and Bonnie McBride (son and daughter-in-law), Keith and Brenda McBride (son and daughter-in-law), and Melanie and Jared Jeppsen (granddaughter and grandson-in-law).
The family would like to send a special thank you to Mandy McBride (RN), Kathey Hall (RN), and Kris Friedli (LPN), and all of those who cared for her.
Also, a special thank you to Evelyn and Donna Rowlette for arranging the flowers.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 26, 2008 at the Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center Street in Logan. A viewing will be held on Friday evening at the Allen-Hall Mortuary from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and prior to services on Saturday from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Condolences may be sent to the family at
