Rang Y Kim

Our sweet mother, Rang Yae Kim, 85, passed away at her home in Salt Lake City Utah on February 28, 2023.
Rang Yae was born in South Korea and moved to the United States in the mid 70’s and resided in Hyrum Utah. She later moved to Salt Lake City with her husband.
Anyone that met her would say she was pleasant, friendly, and always gave you a warm smile. She enjoyed gardening and any plant would flourish under her green thumb. Her pride and joy were her grandchildren and great granddaughters, her home is covered with photos of them all.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Ki Soo Kim, daughter AeKyong Kim Friedrich of North Carolina, daughter Mickey Kim (Jacob Sloan) of Kansas. Grandchildren Peter Tran of Arizona, Tyler Friedrich of California and Davis Sloan of Kansas. Two great granddaughters, Chrislyn and Natalie Tran.
Services will be held Saturday, March 4th at Murray Park Church of Christ at 11:30 with lunch
following. She will be laid to rest at a future date in the Logan City Cemetery.
