Reta J. Pulsipher

December 31, 1955 — October 24, 2015

Reta Jones Pulsipher, 59, passed away peacefully Saturday, October 24, 2015 after a short battle with cancer.
Reta was born December 31, 1955 in Logan, Utah to Duane and Phoebe Jones. She married Cordell Pulsipher March 10, 1972. Their marriage was solemnized in the Logan Temple July 10, 1980.
She grew up in Paradise and moved to Avon where they raised their family. After her kids were in school, she found her life-long calling working with special needs children. In the 28 years with the Cache County School District, she has touched the lives of many children and helped them that they may be successful in life. She spent many years side-by-side with Cordell at the ballpark. She loved to travel with her special travel buddy, Kandalee, especially if it was somewhere tropical. They were able to visit several unique places.
Family was very important to Reta. Reta was all about creating memories with her family - soccer, baseball, rodeo, recitals, mini vacations or an impromptu BBQ.
Reta served in various callings in the church and had a very strong testimony of the gospel.

Reta is survived by her Cowboy – Cordell, children: Brandon (Mindi), Trevor (DeNeil), Kandalee (Juan). Grandchildren: Breklyn, Masen, Shyla, Taylynn, Sophia, and Maria. Brother Max (Judy), mother-in-law Janet Pulsipher, several brother and sister-in-laws, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded by her parents, siblings, Glade, LaDeane, Courtney, Gayle, a niece, and nephew, and father-in-law Guy Ray Pulsipher.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 29th at 12:00 pm at the Paradise South Church, 155 East 9400 South in Paradise. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 6-8 pm at Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center St in Logan and from 10-11:30 am prior to services at the church. Interment will be in the Avon Cemetery.

In Lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations are made to Cache Valley for Hope, care of Roger Welsh, 135 South Main, Suite 100, Logan, UT 84321 in Reta's name.
The Family wishes to thank those that have offered love, care and support during this trying time.
