LOGAN, UTAH: Richard Lee Romney, 46, of Logan, passed away in Logan on Wednesday, June 18, 2008 from on going health problems.
He was the eighth child born to Reed George and Cumorah Romney on August 20, 1961 in Colonia Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. Richard was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many callings during his lifetime. He attended Logan City Schools and graduated from Logan High in 1981.
He is survived by his wife, Lorie Romney, his daughter, Lisa Ann and two sons, Robert Lee and Lynn Richard, two grandchildren, Christina Belle and James Christian Bosworth, four brothers and four sisters, Reed and Rosa Romney; Annette and Richard Christensen; Reah and Bill Duncan; Sharee and Larry Fisher; Julene Romney; Gary and Tonya Romney; Kenneth and Marcela Romney; George and Jelaine Romney. He was preceded in death by his parents, a nephew and a niece.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 12:00 pm in the Allen-Hall Mortuary. There will be a viewing Friday from 6-8 pm and on Saturday from 11:00 - 11:45 am. Interment will be in the Logan City Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed online at www.allenmortuaries.net
