Robert L. Ahrensbach, 70, died September 8, 2005 at his home.
He was born October 16, 1934 in Hyrum, Utah, a son of Berneice and Pete Ahrensbach. He married Mary L. Christian. They were later divorced. He had lived in Brigham City, Clearfield, and Ogden. He was employed at Hercules and Hill Air Force Base. He had also been in the U.S. Army Reserve. Dad loved camping, fishing, wood-working and spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents, sister, Joan May, and grandson, Daniel Ahrensbach.
Surviving are three sons and three daughters; Michael L. Ahrensbach, Robert K. Ahrensbach, Roy, Steven C. (Lisa) Ahrensbach, Ogden, Carol M. (Todd) Granquist, Bountiful, Sharon A. Ahrensbach, Ogden, Joann B. (Ben) Swanson, Boise, ID, three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and sister Lila Kearsey, Oklahoma.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, September 12, at 2:00 PM at the Hyrum City Cemetery.
