Russell James Heck passed away on Thursdya, February 16, 1t 3:00 p.m. in his home surrounded by his loving wife Florence, son Chris, daughter-in-law Joyce, his brother Bud and nephew Douglas.
He was born in St. Paul, Minnesota to Jim and Louise Hanson Heck on January 22, 1921.
Russ attended the University of Minnesota and Minnesota Business College. He served in WWII as a Pharmacists Mate, 1st Class.
He was Senior Auditor at the State of Minnesota for 33 years.
He is survived by his wife Florence, son Chris, daughter-in-law Joyce, brother, Bud Heck and wife Connie, sister-in-law Laraine Brenk and husband Vic, brothers-in-law Joe, Tony, and George Gozola, many nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
