Ruth Bolton Hendricks, age 91, passed away on Sunday, May 3rd in Shoshone, Idaho.

Ida was born on March 28, 1918 in Dexter, Kansas to William Murray and Ida May Shinn Bolton. She was married to Phillip W. Hendricks on October 15, 1947 in Colorado Springs.

Ida was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She served faithrfully in many positions in the Logan 11th Ward and also officiated in the Logan Temple. She served on a mission for the church to Mesa, Arizona. Ida also served in the Navy for 2 years.
Ida is survived by her daughter Ann (Steve) Banta; granddaughters, Katie (Jon) Whittier and Amy Bussen; great-granddaughters Dakota Bussen and Abbigail Whittier; stepson Allen (Joanna) Logsdon and their son David (Isabelle) Logsdon; sister Lucille Moyer; nieces and nephews Louise Penny, Linda Ware, Mark (Varya) Wave; brother-in-law Clyde Hendricks and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Phil Hendricks, her parents, and sisters, Elizabeth, Ware, Louise bolton; her brothers, Chase, Donald, Herman Bolton.

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, May 7 at Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center Street in Logan. A viewing will be held from 10-11:30 AM prior to services. Interment will be in the Richmond City Cemetery. Condolences and thoughts may be expressed to the family online at www.allenmortuaries.net .
