Serafin Corona

Serafin Corona slipped out of this earth life on February 12, 2016 at 2:00 pm. He was surrounded by his wife, grandchildren and his daughter-in-law. Serafin will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
Serafin was born on Aug. 6, 1936 into the family of Regina Ortega and Porfilio Corona. Serafin married the love of his life, Maria E Corona in 1953. Maria was always treated with love, respect and honor by Serafin, for he truly saw Maria as the Queen of their family.
Serafin and Maria were blessed with 10 children. Yolanda, Delfino, Regina, Jose Luz, Consuelo, Serafin, Leticia (deceased), Marcela, Griselda, married to Jose Luis Varajas, and the youngest, Jose Juan, who is married to Emanita Pauni Corona. He had 43 grandchildren and 48 great-grandchildren.
He left behind a legacy of hard work, and achieving goals. He was a loving, caring, thoughtful, and respectful husband. He was a wonderful father and provider to his wife and children. He was gentle and loving to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Serafin is now received and embraced by the loving arm of God, the creator of us all. He is now resting in peace and is free from physical pain and the worries of the world.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Thursday, February 18, 2016 in the Allen-Hall Mortuary Chapel, 34 East Center Street in Logan. A viewing will be held prior to the services from 10:00 to 11:30 AM. Burial will be in the Hyrum City Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.allenmortuaries.net
