North Logan, Utah: Shelly C. Camp, Jr. 64, passed away on Sunday, April 25, 2010 of complications after a massive stroke.
Born in Las Vegas, Nevada on November 5, 1945 to Shelly Sr. and Barbara Williams Camp. Shelly was a police officer in Las Vegas, Nevada for 24 years. Shelly and his wife relocated to North Logan, Utah in June of 2006. Shelly was the president of the local Christian’s Motorcycle Association and was involved in many local activities in Logan.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Camp, North Logan, mother, Barbara and stepfather, Victor Lichty of Las Vegas; sisters, Sue Eggink of Las Vegas, Sherry Elliott, Arizona; son, Bodie Camp and daughter Shelene Camp both of Las Vegas.
Shelly will be remembered as a great man who put his wife first in all, and his relatives and friends and community as very important aspects in his life. He loved Logan, the outdoors and his trike as he spent very happy days in his retirement. He will be missed very much by all who knew and loved him.
Services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, May 1, 2010 at the Allen Mortuary Chapel in North Logan, 420 East 1800 North, where friends may visit prior to services. Condolences and memories may be shared with the family at
