July 4, 1963 — May 28, 2015

Sheryl Jean Woods Taylor, 51, of Logan Utah passed away Thursday, May 28th in Murray, Utah surrounded by her family, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Sheryl was born on July 4th, 1963 in Whittier, California. She was the third of four daughters born to Vella Ann Daley and Charles Everett Woods.
She spent her early childhood in Whittier and Bellflower, California. At the age of 9 her family moved to Utah. She lived in Bountiful and Snowville, Utah. She attended Bear River High School.
She married her best friend, her high school sweetheart, and the love of her life, Kent on September 5th, 1980. They had a love admired by many. Together they had 4 children. She was a wonderful, loving mother and she loved and cared for her nieces and nephews, her children's friends and all of the neighborhood children just as she did her own. She later became a loving Meahma to 8 grandchildren. She was always gathering and bringing people together and never missed a special event.
She enjoyed football and loved Nascar, but her greatest joy in life was her family. She loved openly and with her whole heart and friends were loved just like they were part of the family. It was a family that all were honored and proud to be a part of.
