Spencer Garrett Lofland
LOGAN -- Spencer Garrett Lofland awakened from the dream he called life on June 25, 2005. He is survived by his 5-year-old son, Keenan Thomas Lofland; his parents, Danni and Judy Lofland; his siblings, Bry, Mike, Scott, Lori, Kristi, Sam, Nate, Jana, Jeff, Todd and Kayla; and their spouses and children.
Spencer was larger than life. He was a big, loud, loving, "bald 'n' beautiful," totally narcissistic teddy bear. His universe revolved around his son, Keenan. He was totally devoted to his little boy and was rarely far from his side when they were together. Only marginally less significant were the stars of his parents, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and Keenan's mother, Jobie. He never lacked the company of good friends; it seems everybody who met Spencer loved him -- even his ex-girlfiends.
Devoted father, adored son, beloved brother, loyal friend and talented artist. He will be dearly missed.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 1, at the LDS chapel at 100 E. 200 South in Logan. A visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 that morning. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the account for his son, Keenan Thomas Lofland, at Zion's National Bank, Smith's branch, in Logan.
