Stephen James Duncan, 19 of Providence returned to his Heavenly Father early Monday morning after a long battle with health issues.
Stephen was born February 27, 1991 along with his twin sister Stephenie in Ogden, Utah to Stephen and the late Holly Duncan.
Stephen graduated from Summit High School in Orem, Utah in 2009, where he was awarded the President’s award for outstanding academic achievement.
He was an avid golfer and loved to fish, play sports and to do anything outdoors.
Stephen is survived by his father Stephen, his sisters Heather and Stephenie, Grandparents Lloyd and Joyce Baer and by many aunts, uncles’, and cousins.
Stephen will be laid to rest next to his loving mother who preceded him in death in 2006.
A viewing will be held for friends and family Friday April 2, from 10:30am to 11:30am at the Allen-Hall mortuary followed by a graveside ceremony at the Providence cemetery at noon. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.allenmortuaries.net
