Steven Paul Spence passed away in Portland, Oregon, in
St. Vincent’s Hospital, December 25th, 2005, after a
long, courageous battle with kidney disease.
He was born March 6, 1946, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to
Paul K. Spence and Lenore Ross Spence. He is survived
by his wife, Debra, Portland, Oregon, mother, Lenore
R. Spence, Logan, Utah, and brother, David R. Spence,
Kenai, Alaska.
He was preceded in death by his father, Paul K. Spence
and grandparents, Joe and Stella Ross, and Paul A. and
Afton Spence. Military graveside services will be
held Wednesday, January 11, 2006 at 1:00 PM in the
Logan City Cemetery, with Bishop Craig Hislop
conducting. Arrangements are under the direction
Allen-Hall Mortuary. Condolences may be sent to the
