Talbert Eugene Perry

March 16, 2003 — August 24, 2018

Talbert Eugene Perry, age 15, of Logan, Utah, returned home to his heavenly father on Aug. 24, 2018. He is survived by his parents, Bonnie Griffin and Albert Perry, sisters McKenzie and Ashlin, and brother Jayden, along with his grandparents John and Rheuamah Griffin, and Aldon and Glenna Coleman, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and countless friends.
Talbert was born April 16, 2003 in Logan, Utah. Throughout his life, he was known for his good nature, charismatic charm and ability to make others laugh—particularly his younger siblings when he broke out his goofy dance moves.
Talbert was empathetic, generous and always concerned for the well-being of others. He was gentle and loved animals, especially his cat Tyson and his dog Spotty.
Talbert was a sophomore at Logan High School, where he excelled at violin in the orchestra, played defensive end on the football team and served as a versatile baseball infielder. He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and in his Boy Scouts of America troop.
Talbert was smart and creative. He loved art and science, and he thrived when he was tasked with a problem to solve, whether it was in math or a challenging video game. At the same time, he loved the outdoors, whether hunting, hiking in the mountains or zipping through the country on his dirt bike.
Talbert deeply loved his family and friends. His laugh and smile will never be forgotten. His time on Earth was brief, but the impact he had knows no bounds. He is forever loved.
