Ted L Bateman, 57, passed away of pneumonia on March 18, 2009.
Ted was born January 19, 1952 in Logan Utah to John Leeland and Bertha Selma Bateman. He graduated from USU with a bachelors degree in social work. He served in the Air Force where he received the Airman of the Year Award.
Ted was a member of the LDS Church, Elks Lodge and Eagles Lodge. He bowled a 290 game while on the Logan City Men’s bowling League.
He is survived by his three daughters; Krista (Shane) McNicol, Jenna Bateman, and Tara Bateman, his son Jonathan Bateman, four grandchildren; Shania, Bubba, Kemper and Sierra, and his Brother Val (Bonnie) Bateman and sister Ann Day (Bateman).
Preceded in death by his father and mother, and granddaughter Nicole Ann Carroll.
Graveside services will be held at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 in the Providence City Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 10:30 -11:30 a.m. at the Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center Street in Logan, Utah. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.allenmortuaries.net
