Terry Heath passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021. A funeral will be held at 12:00 PM on Monday, December 6, 2021 at the LDS Church located at 300 S 340 E, Smithfield, UT with a viewing prior from 10:30-11:30AM. Interment will be in the Providence City Cemetery.
