Our beloved father, son, brother, and uncle returned home to Heavenly Father on March 6, 2013. Travis passed away unexpectedly while helping his brother at his childhood home in Young Ward, Utah. Travis was born August 27, 1967 in Brigham City, Utah, to Jack L. and Lynda Weaver. He was the second of six children. Travis grew up in Willard, College Ward, and Young Ward, Utah where he had several friends.
Travis graduated from Salt Lake Community High School and recieved his LEAN Six Sigma Certification in 2011. Travis met the sweetheart and love of his life, Jana Croshaw. With their marriage in 1997, Travis was blessed with his two sons, Derik and Dexter. Allysa, Travis’s special daughter, was the light of his life and completed the entire family. Travis was an exceptionally good cook and loved to barbeque.
