Vaughn Roger Goodsell

Vaughn Roger Goodsell, 58 passed away suddenly of a heart attack January 16th 2007. He and his twin brother, Vernon, were born June 24, 1948 in Logan Utah to Roger Walter Goodsell and Elva Fern Baker.
He has 5 brothers and three sisters, Sheila (Phil) Toone, Vernon Goodsell, Darwin (Barbara) Goodsell, Margo (Mark) Teeples, Lyle (Susan) Goodsell, Kathaleen Goodsell, Myron (Barbara) Goodsell, and Craig (Sheila) Goodsell. He married Dixie Lou Hansen March lOth 1967. They were later divorced. They had six children, Bryan (Jill) Goodsell DeAnn (Steven) Newbold, Michele Goodsell, Paul (Xanthe) Goodsell, Annette (Doug) Salvesen, Tynele (Stephen)Feasel. He married Paula Smith October 16, 1983. They were later divorced. They had 2 children, Keith and Nickol Goodsell.
He has 13 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Michele and his father and mother.
He graduated from High School and was very close to receiving his Associate degree from Salt Lake Community College. He worked as a master mason, rock, block, and brick layer. He had 2 years at Weber State College in welding. From 1989 to 1993 he was a manager at Waltons Products building trailers and running the plant. He has also received many awards in Family History and put together a beautiful genealogy book for his family.
Funeral services will be held Friday January 19, 2007 at 11 :00 A.M. at the Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center Street, Logan where friends may call from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. prior to the services. Burial will be in the Newton City Cemetery.
