Wanda Luella Clegg Sayer
Gone for now but never forgotten is a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
Having endured many hardships Wanda passed from this earthly life on Saturday,
August 25, 2012 at the Logan Regional Medical Center.
Wanda was born to Ray and Orpha Clegg in Rigby, Idaho on August 1, 1939. She graduated from Bonneville High School in Idaho Falls, Idaho; from there she went on to graduate
from cosmetology school. The love of her life and best friend, Larry "H" Sayer, came along and they were married on September 15, 1961 in Ucon, Idaho. Not
long after their marriage the happy couple welcomed two daughters, Shauna 'K' and Tawnya. This little family was sealed for time and all eternity in the Idaho Falls Temple on February 6, 1965. Larry's schooling brought them to Logan where they have stayed except for a brief time in California. Cache Valley was truly home to her.
No matter what Wanda did in her personal development, family, church, or
community she did it devotedly and with love and perfection. She was a faithful
servant of the Lord and she continues to be such on the other side.
Wanda was proceeded in death by her parents and five brothers. She is survived by her loving husband Larry; Shauna Harris (Merrill) Pleasant View, UT; Tawnya Santos (Sy) Layton, UT; four grandchildren and one great grandchild, a sister, Beverly and Theodore Cline, Idaho Falls, ID.
