MILLVILLE, UTAH: Werner Albrecht, age 87, passed away at his home on December 23,
2007 surrounded by his wife of 65 years and his family.
He was born in Biberst, Switzerland on September 3, 1920. His parents were Emil Albrecht Sr. and Anna Schneider.
He served in the U.S. Army in the European Campaign during World War II. Werner had a life long love of exploring the back trails of the mountains with his
family. He and his brothers enjoyed photography especially of trains and locomotives.
He is survived by his wife Lillian and children, Werner Lee (Peggy) Albrecht Afton, Wyoming, Carol (LeGrande) Anderson, College Ward, Utah, Patricia Ries Millville, Utah, and Susan (Allan) Vail Nibley, Utah.
He has 12 grandchildren, 24 great grand children and 2 great great grand children. He was proceeded in death by a grandson Mark E. Anderson and a great grandson Spencer Anderson.
Graveside services will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, December 26, 2007 at the Logan Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.allenmortuaries.net . Funeral directors are Allen-Hall Mortuary.
